Sir Alex Ferguson was caught on camera celebrating exactly like a fan would as Manchester United opened the scoring against Southampton in the EFL Cup. In a video posted by United’s official Twitter account, Ferguson can be seen watching Ibrahimovic’s free-kick all the way before leaping to his feet in celebration.

Despite opening the scoring, United had to come back from a 2-1 deficit to eventually clinch the EFL Cup and although the club have not posted a video of Ferguson celebrating the winner, it would have been nice to see his reaction to that as well.

Ferguson will likely go down as the greatest manager in football history but in the video he reacts just like any other fan of the club would. The entire video can be seen below.
