Ragnar Klavan comes in for the injured Dejan Lovren, who seems to be suffering from cramps. The unavailability of Emre Can means the Reds shall line up with the trio of Lallana, Henderson and Wijnaldum in the middle of the park.
Karius has been named on the bench alongside a quartet of academy aces – Ejaria, Alexander, Stewart and Woodburn.
