Arsene Wenger announced only change to the lineup that beat Swansea by 3 goals to 2 in the last Premier League fixture. Elneny slots in beside Cazorla with Granit Xhaka serving suspension for a straight red received in the second half.

The rest of the squad is unchanged with Alexis, Ozil and Walcott all present in attack with Alex Iwobi back in the lineup.

Middlesbrough seems to have gone into the match with a lone striker in the form of Alvaro Negredo and all eyes will be glued on defender Ben Gibson’s performance against the Gunners attack with the Englishman attracting serious interest from Chelsea.
