Real Madrid escaped the possibility of dropping points as they managed to come out victorious against Celta Vigo at Santiago Bernabeu.
Celta Vigo managed to match Real Madrid for the majority of the match and, in general, had a flurry of chances to take the lead but both sides went into half-time level at 0-0. Morata broke the deadlock in the 60th minute but his goal was quickly answered by 30-year-old Orellana, who was played through by John Guidetti.
The match seemed to be heading towards a draw. But as the game went into the last 10 minutes, the killer blow was provided by Real Madrid as Toni Kroos scored the winner in the 81st minute with Lucas Vasquez providing the assist.
The goal secured the outcome and gave Madrid six points in two games in the Liga BBVA, despite missing superstar Cristiano Ronaldo due to injury.
Twitter hailed the performances of Asensio and Morata while also crediting Zidane for the half-time team talk that turned the game around a bit for Real Madrid.

Celta keeper Sergio Alvarez conceded two goals. Even though he had a good game in terms of shot-stopping, the 30-year-old had many problems with his distribution and was called out on twitter for his poor distribution skills.
The goal was started when Sergio Alvarez passed the ball to Modric for the second time this game. This keeper has been pure ?

Terrible distribution from Sergio Alvarez! He kicks the ball straight to Modric, but saves the Croatian’s long shot!l

Bale’s header is saved!!! Sergio Alvarez flaps at it even though it was straight at him.

@revistadelaliga 3rd time’s the charm for Sergio Alvarez. He’s been desperately trying to gift @realmadriden a goal all evening.

Sergio Alvarez was at fault a lot of times and some fans uploaded one of the many mistakes that was made by the goalkeeper during the match.
