Liverpool FC are officially set to confirm the appointment of former Borussia Dortmund coach, Jurgen Klopp, as their new manager tomorrow morning.
The 48-year-old is set to fill the vacancy at the helm of Liverpool FC after it was recently vacated by Brendan Rodgers, who was given the sack on Sunday.
Borussia Dortmund captain Mats Hummers has hailed his former manager as a great coach and reiterated that the German ‘lives, breathes and thinks football’.
Klopp spent seven seasons with the Westfalenstadion outfit and won two league titles during his time. The former FC Mainz manager helped build the club during tough times and brought stability within the squad.
Following a disastrous start to last season’s campaign, Jurgen Klopp announced that it would be his last season with the club and wanted to take a sabbatical at the end of his term. After a four-month sabbatical, Klopp is set to return to football management.
