[Video] Luis Suarez Shoves Mascherano, Tries To Punch Sergi Roberto

FC Barcelona superstar Luis Suarez was seen joking with his teammates during today’s training session. The Uruguayan was seen shoving Argentine teammates Javier Mascherano before trying to punch Sergi Roberto.

FC Barcelona were playing a game of Rondo – a ball retention game, where Suarez was deployed in the middle. When the 28-year-old striker failed to get to the ball, he first took out his frustration on Mascherano, by shoving the Argentine. After yet another failure to get to the ball, Suarez was seen trying to punch 23-year-old Spanish midfielder Sergi Roberto jokingly.

Given the rising injury crisis at the Camp Nou, manager Luis Enrique would probably ask Suarez to turn it down a notch in training. The latest FC Barcelona superstar to be sidelined due to injury was Lionel Messi, who suffered a torn ligament in his left knee in Saturday’s clash against Las Palmas.

Due to FC Barcelona’s transfer ban, new recruits Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal are ineligible to play and following injuries to Dani Alves, Rafinha, Claudio Bravo and Lionel Messi, Enrique’s paper thin squad have been left exposed.
