This clause has been inserted keeping in mind that the new club President will be announced on the 18th of July this year. Therefore, even though Barcelona have officially signed and unveiled Arda Turan, the new President must approve the decision in order to make the move permanent.
It is understood that Luis Enrique was keen on signing the Atletico Madrid player in a bid to strengthen his team at Camp Nou. Having won the treble last season, it will be interesting to see how Arda Turan fits into the team given the cluba s vocal interest in Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
