Gary Neville is yet to win his first game as the manager of Valencia CF, but the former Manchester United man is already revolutionising the methods of coaching by buying his players iPads, which would help him communicate his plans to his players better.
Neville’s appointment as the manager of Valencia CF had been met with certain amounts of cynicism, as he is seen as an inexperienced player taking over a club of big stature. Also the fact that he does not know Spanish is something that has harboured a lot of doubts about whether he can succeed.
However, he seems to be trying to overcome these problems by using iPads, to show the positioning and movements of the different players on the training ground.

Valencia CF’s training ground has also apparently been fitted with high-angled cameras, to help the players see the positions on the pitch. In fact, Neville is said to have paid A?20,000 out of his own pocket, to arrange the equipment for him and his team, according to the local media.
Neville looking to play attacking football
The Manchester United legend is yet to win a game at the La Liga club, but his assistant believes that it would take some time for the team to fully grasp the philosophy that Neville is trying to bring into the club.
a We want an attacking style, defensive order and to be well-positioned on the field of play. Each player has his role very clear,” said Angulo. “We want to be a very aggressive team at home, pressuring opponents really well.
