German newspaper Bild has linked the 23-year-old Swiss player with a transfer to Anfield in a move that would help strengthen Liverpool’s midfield, according to squawka.com.“The Switzerland international has impressed since moving from Basel to Borussia-Park three years ago and Jurgen Klopp is apparently keen on the defensive-minded player to come to Anfield in the near future. Xhaka has won 19/56 tackles in the Bundesliga this season,” they reported.
