Juventus Eyeing Southampton Striker Graziano Pelle To End Early-Seaon Woes

Juventus have been struggling for form this season, and are in need of players to compensate for the loss of some of the key members of their squad. One of the players Juventus are eyeing, is Southampton striker Graziano Pelle.

The Italian, who was brought in from Dutch side Feyenoord, and has been brilliant for the Saints ever since. This season, Pelle has scored six goals in 12 Premier League appearances, and has drawn a lot of praise from his manager Ronald Koeman.

However, Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has been been on the look-out for attacking options, as his side have been performing dismally this season, managing to score just 16 goals in 12 matches.

These good performances by the Italian international seem to have prompted the Turin-based club to be taking a bid for Pelle seriously, according to the Daily Mirror.

Pelle faces stiff competiton in Juventus

The Italian has also gone on to make a formidable partnership ,up front with the likes of Saido Mane and Dusan Tadic. However, he faces some tough competition for a starting XI spot, as Juventus also has the likes of Mario Mandzukic, Alvaro Morata, and Paolo Dybala.

However, as the Bianconeri are not playing exactly up to their normal high standards, Pelle might just be able to seal his place in the starting XI with some good performance, if he does move to the Turin club.
