The Spaniard is under pressure to resolve his situation at Manchester United as he hopes to return to the starting eleven under Louis Van Gaal.
If he doesn’t play it will be very difficult for him to come to the Euros
As reported by Independent, Del Bosque issued a strong warning to his goalkeeper, making it clear that he would not be called up for Euro 2016 if he continued to remain in the stands at Old Trafford.
“He needs to be professional and move on from this episode. I hope that he starts playing again and is happy, and if he plays well we can bring him along, otherwise if he doesn’t play it will be very difficult for him to come (to the Euros).”
Stranded at Manchester, it will be interesting to see what Louis Van Gaal has in store for De Gea following the dramatic turn of events.

“We were very close to calling Victor Valdes, he has always done well for the national team. I know that the national team is not a charity but maybe he needed a lift and in the end we didn’t give it to him.
