In a recent interview, Cristiano Ronaldo opened up about the pressure of La Decima, his relationship with manager Carlo Ancelotti and his rivalry with Lionel Messi.
Talking about his much-hyped rivalry with Lionel Messi, one that has pushed both the players to reach unparalled levels as professional footballers, Ronaldo revealed that though he is not friends with the Argentine international, there is no bad blood that exists between the two professionals.

The Portuguese international also spoke about his injury concerns during the World Cup and revealed that though he was not completely fit during the end of last season, he pushed himself to achieve more. Ronaldo admits that though he achieved success with the club, his injuries plagued his performance in the World Cup but considers it to be a part and parcel of his professional career.
“I was not in perfect condition but I forced myself and it went well at club level. With Portugal it was more complicated because things did not go quite right, but it cannot always go well.
