Robert Pires, who traditionally plays as a winger, has switched into a holding type of player.
“Sometimes, itai??i??s difficult for me because Iai??i??m 40, theAi??weatherAi??is very hot but thatai??i??s not much of a problem but I play in the midfield so that Iai??i??m more free to play and see more of the ball. Sometimes, I do go ahead and try to score but now I prefer to sit back and pass the ball around and maintain possession. I still think that itai??i??s important to move ahead towards goal and the most important thing in the midfield is the communication between partners.” he said.while talking to the ISL Media Team
A high flying Atletico side, will look to dismantle FC Goa, already running low on morale. However, as Pires points out, its football, and anything can happen, a surprise win might be on the cards, massively promoting the home side to four points and in contention for the semi-finals berth.
