Arsenal Interested In Signing Brazilian Striker Alexandre Pato

Arsenal FC are lining up a move for Corinthians Striker Alexandre Pato in January as the Gunners look to strengthen their forward line.

Olivier Giroud is arguably the most important member of the current Arsenal squad. The Frenchman has been in wonderful form this season and Arsenal donai??i??t have a suitable replacement for him in the squad. The Gunners are one injury or suspension away from having to rely on Nicklas Bendtner and youngster Yaya Sanogo, who has struggled with injuries since his arrival to the London club this summer. The 24-year-old was once considered among the best young talents in the world, but injuries have halted his progress massively during his time at Italy. At the start of this year Pato moved to Corinthians as he looked to regain his fitness to try and fulfil his immense potential. Few would doubt the immense potential in Pato, but what he lacks currently is confidence and belief in his abilities.
