Everton in talks with Manchester United over midfielder Darron Gibson
Itai??i??s fair to say Gibson hasnai??i??t made the cut at Old Trafford despite being given plenty of time to prove otherwise. The Irishman has received a lot of criticism from fans and critics alike and its about time he sought a move to gain first team experience. Everton, on the other hand, need reinforcements and that too on the cheap. Gibson has just six months left on his contract and at 2 million represents a bargain for the Goodison club. Pato scuppers PSG hopes by announcing that he is staying with AC Milan.
Earlier in the day, sources at the French club claimed PSG had reached agreement to sign the 22 year-old forward. However, Pato has decided to fight for his Milan career and stay at the Italian champions at least till the end of the season. Pato, currently dating Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi’s daughter Barbara, said: “Milan is my home. I didn’t want to interrupt my career in red and black after having won my first two trophies with this shirt. PSG might be back though, but for now Pato stays, or so it seems.
