Buoyed by their first win of the season, Pailan Arrows take on already relegated HAL at the KSFA Stadium in Bangalore in a round 22 clash which was postponed previously. The development side of the AIFF finally silenced their critics by notching up their first win of the campaign after they condemned Chirag United Kerala to relegation with an emphatic 3-0 victory.
A win for the Pailan Arrows can move them to within a point from Chirag United Kerala and they could possibly finish above them at the end of the season although critics would still cry foul over their immunity to relegation. CS sabeeth will look to continue his good form after scoring a hattrick in the previous game. Pressure will be off the boys from Pailan especially after they notched up their first three points of the season. Pailan Coach Sujit Chakraborty was ecstatic after his sideai??i??s first win.

Already relegated HAL play their final game at Bangalore this year after their disappointing campaign in the League. Though the Bangaloreans have drawn two of their last five games, their overall performance in the campaign has been dismal. They have the worst defensive record and have conceded a massive 59 goals, probably one of the worst performances of a team in the Indian League. But Saturday gives them a chance of gaining a consolation win in their final home game. The institutional side will also have most of their players leave for greener pastures and it will be one last hurrah for these players at Bangalore. Their home record though is dismal. They have a lone point at home from their draw against Sporting Clube de Goa and have lost all their remaining home matches. Their worst performance at home was their 1-8 demolition to East Bengal.
