The moans and groans when the Englishman gives a back pass to keeper or to his defence are beyond belief, even if that was the best available option at the time. The stick Carrick receives is uncalled for and the fans should lay off him and let him breathe and perform with confidence.
A fit and in-form Carrick is still Unitedai??i??s ace in the pack as illustrated by the second half of the season gone by when Carrick found his mojo and was inspirational in a lot of games during the run in. One can even argue that United wouldnai??i??t ever be humbled at Old Trafford by rivals City had Michael Carrick being there shielding the rear guard.
